The Skechers Goga Max technology is especially made to maximize cushioning and support of the foot. The Go Walk 4 has the Goga Max technology, while the Go Walk 3 shoe has the Goga Plus technology. The Goga Plus is not quite as cushiony as the Goga Max. - Higher heel:
In order to enhance the stability of the shoe, the Go Walk 4 has a higher heel than the go Walk 3. - Antibacterial older control:
The Go Walk 4 now has antibacterial odor control inside of its bamboo lined footbed. - Improved arch support:
Do you have a high arch? The Go Walk 4 has a tapered midfoot in order to improve arch support. - Aesthetics: We love the fact that the Go Walk 4 has a slightly different fabric on the tongue and the toe of the foot. Of course, this is a matter of personal preference.

The Verdict
The Go Walk 4 is simply the more advanced version of the Go Walk 3. It has a few more features that make it that much more awesome. That being said, the Go Walk 3 has all of the features that you would need in a wonderful walking shoe. Both of these shoes are miles above regular walking sneakers, and are suitable for the avid walker.
I love the GO Walk 3. I own several pair. The Go Walk 3 sole is far superior than the Go Walk 4, which I ordered then returned. The traction of the Go Walk 3
sole is just great, much better than the GO Walk 4. The walking comfort of the 3 is much better than the 4. I don’t think the Go Walk 4 is a better shoe than the Go
Walk 3. BRING BACK THE GO WALK 3!!!!!! Also the black sole of the Go Walk 3 makes it look more of a casual shoe. The Go Walk 4 which has a white sole
making it appear more of a sneaker/gym shoe. I’m still looking on the internet to find a charcoal grey Go Walk 3.
