The Verdict
These water bottles both maintain the high quality vacuum insulation that keeps hot and cold water at their temperature. While they are comparable in this way, each has their own unique advantages. The Hydro Flask has two extra types of caps that can be purchased to replace the regular Flex cap; the flip lid or the straw lid. But with the Healthy Human , you can only have the one lid. But the Healthy Humans lid has a carabiner that you can use to carry on your backpack. Also, the Healthy Human can more easily be put into bottle holders.
We feel that it is a tie between these two bottles. They are both of the same quality, but have different features.
